Workshop 1:
Introduction to yoga

If you are new to yoga, your first class can be overwhelming. In this workshop I teach you the basic things of yoga, so you will be able to start your practice in a proper way. We will work on different asana’s (postures) and sequences (flow), Ujjayi breath, banda’s and philosophy. Ideally the workshop takes around 3 to 4 hours devided over 1 or 2 days. Workshop 2:
Alignment & energy patterns

Do you feel the classes don’t give enough time to get into a pose properly? Or do you want more explanation or assistence on your alignment? In this workshop I will teach about Prana Vayu, the 5 energy flows. Connection to these energy patterns will really bring your yoga practice to a different state and blend the body, mind and soul together.
I will learn you to devote your practice to the qualities and energies of a certain chakra and practise this together. Contact me for further information. The workshop can be private or for a group.

Workshop 3:
Get into SoulFulLiving

A very simple, yet effective method to give direction to your life is to know what you wish for. In this workshop, I will give a short lecture and invite you to work on making your moodboard. Visualizing the life you want to live, is the first step to realizing it. At the end you will set your ‘sankalpa’ and we will do something special with it.

Moodboard-making is a fun thing to do and it really makes you happy to feel (re)connected to who you really are. I have made several moodboards the last years and it has helped me enormously to make things clear and to realise my passions in life. With participants of this workshop I have seen the same results. So, allow yourself to be a bit of a child again and cut, glue and dream away!
